Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Avocado
4 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Raw Local Honey
4 Pieces of Ice
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Allspice
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Avocado
4 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Raw Local Honey
4 Pieces of Ice
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Allspice
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together and garnish with pumpkin seeds (pepitas), almonds, cocao, hemp seeds and cinnamon.
*Make it a post-workout smoothie by adding a scoop of protein powder. I like to use vega sport vanilla or hemp seeds.
*Make it a pumpkin spice latte by adding a shot of espresso and a little extra coconut milk. ;)
*I added a handful of spinach to mine to add extra nutrients and vitamins.
